DJGPP currently has "Lynx 2.8.9dev.16" (since last July) under /current/v2tk/ (lx28916b.zip). (Sorry if this link doesn't work without Javascript, it's just the announcement of the above from news://comp.os.msdos.djgpp .) "ANNOUNCE: DJGPP port of Lynx 2.8.9dev.16 uploaded."
