With KEYB you can actually do this, there's a "basic" behaviour which lets you remap, for cerain scancode, the character it produces. You can in addition remap the scancode, too (e.g. for german). Then you have strings, which provide further flexibility. Do let me/us (Henrique) know if you need some extra help.
