Thanks, JEMM386 and XHIMEMX seems nice, and I installed them.
NTFS4DOS also working.

Anyway, no much difference:
Menu opt.1 and 3 working, but currently only Engl. keypage.

Menu opt.2 gives me following errors:
HimemX

System memory found at d800, region might be in use.
Warning: No suitable page frame found, EMS function limited.

One time:
MORE$ driver by Eric Auer loaded

If you mean the usual 1.0 menu, then you probably mean that
EMM386 causes problems for you. Upgrade it to the JEMM386
from Japheth.de - You may want to read the readme of that
JEMM386, as config options may differ in relevant ways...
