Their purchase system on the website doesnt work for me, times out on
visa transx. (tried this in 2004 and gave up) When I am on the gibibit
lan this weekend I'll see if I can d/l it then.

The installer contains binaries for all platforms, except linux. And
it is more-or-less a self-extracting zip file. So just unzip it into
a directory like C:\WATCOM and set the environment variables that it
says to. The DOS binaries are in the /BINW directory in the zip.
