Game won't to run without himem and emm386 or fdxxms and umbpic, cause not 
enough memory.

Yes, sometimes it helps. But in this case I have such message: "DOS/32A 
fatal (3003): file "xcomapoc.exe" does not contain any valid exec format".
Do not think that the file is broken! It is run very well under Windows 98.
