My FDISK says that it's version 1.3.0 ?? If I go to this site:

check fdisk130.zip at http://www.23cc.com/programs/
Thanks for the link, but can anyone explain how ordinary users like me
are supposed to find these updated files when there's no link provided
on the websites?
