Details:
Using the version from Debian Experimental 2.5.0-1 with its gtk2-client and
civ2civ3-ruleset caravans don't work.
There is no pop-up window when reaching a far away city and the menu doesn't
offer the option to establish a trade route either (item greyed).
In the attached game I can't make the caravan from Berlin establish a trade
route to Ulm.
