Oh, I was wrong, there is nothing like select in gtk client,
cause it was always useless for me, anyone is using it ?
( select by current building/governor is quicker just by sorting
and selecting,
selecting coastal/noncoastal cities - faster by selecting all cities and
adding production to all - it won be build in noncoastal anyway
select city with building XXX to add building YY Y- faster by adding building
XXX and YYY to all cities and so on )
