Details:
In the Gtk clients' city report (F4), the 'Select' menu allows filtering on
many city properties; along with the ability to do bulk operations like sell,
change target etc to many cities, this allows for rapid management of large
empires.
The Qt client has the latter but not the former (unless I've missed it).
