Follow-up Comment #7, bug #21539 (project freeciv):
Here's the patch to revert offending part of bug #21312 from S2_4. Directions
to take after 2.4.2 has been released are yet to be decided, but this might
affect S2_5 datafile format -> freeze blocker until we at least know it won't
be.
