Follow-up Comment #17, patch #3829 (project freeciv):
Just in case anyone else happens to think BV_CHECK_MASK would be faster than
tracking cached lists, it's not: although it performs slightly fewer
operations per cycle, it also performs operations for all empty bits, which
doesn't help. That said, someone else might have a better understanding of
utility/bitvector.[ch] than I, in which case, I encourage them to use their
judgement.
