Details:
As I noticed that README.rulesets still mentioned to old "No_Land_Attack" unit
type flag, my intention was simply to fix that. Attached patch also removes
claims of couple of limitations I know for sure to be lifted. I have not done
any investigative work for the rest though I suspect there would be more to
fix here.
