Follow-up Comment #11, patch #3095 (project freeciv):
Here is patch containing your latest changes & gtk3 minimum requirement bump
to 3.4.0.
This works so that developers can test it from svn checkout. Since the theme
directories are not plugged to automake hierarchy, it's not installed for
end-user (or even part of release tarball).
