Follow-up Comment #3, task #7506 (project freeciv):
No dependencies for this added while I have been inactive? I think I saw some
email about some bug that I thought to require network protocol change to fix,
but cannot remember offhand what it was. Maybe reading through new tickets
will help. If I can't find such a ticket, and nobody else tells me why network
protocol freeze should wait, I'll propose freeze quite soon.
