Follow-up Comment #1, task #7506 (project freeciv):
Soo... we were going to freeze on ~2 December, but we haven't got round to
it, and in particular, the capstring isn't yet frozen.
I've got a protocol change I'd like to make: patch #3067. Any objection to me
slipping it in before the capstring freezes?
