Follow-up Comment #3, bug #18539 (project freeciv):
Configlog shows that our own libbz2 check fails (as it should in lack of
-devel). But "-lbz2" is mentioned as result of magickwand check:
configure:6051: checking for MagickWand-config --libs
configure:6054: result: -L/usr/lib -lMagickWand -lMagickCore -llcms -ltiff
-lfreetype -ljpeg -lfontconfig -lXext -lSM -lICE -lX11 -lXt -lbz2 -lz -lm
-lgomp -lpthread -lltdl
