Follow-up Comment #2, patch #2715 (project freeciv):
- Updated against current svn
- Scaling in city dialog works
- Map cavas shown also on city dialog's happiness tab
- Cleanup
Main problems remaining:
- No mask handling at all
- Unit sprites not shown at help0 dialog
- GtkPixcomm backgrounds often corrupted
