Details:
In the attached savegame, an ally eliminated another nation after i accepted
a cease-fire. The nations tab shows that nation as R.I.P. and diplomatic
state as Cease-fire. Eventually i get the message: "Concerned citizens point
out that the cease-fire with Hiawatha will run out soon." I suppose the
cease-fire should be closed out when the nation is eliminated, but i'm not
sure whether it should go to Peace or what.
