Details:
* split it into a common and server part
* most lua definitions are moved to common/scriptcore
* dependencies must be compiled before common
* signal interface in luascript_signal.(ch)
- remove signal callbackss with 'signal.remove()'
- plot all signals (+ callbacks) with 'signal.list()'
* function interface in luascript_func.(ch)
