* lua script signals (destroy signal_callbacks correctly and use va_copy()
for signal callback, i.e. mor ethan one signal)
* fix spelling of API_TYPE_CON[N]ECTION (patch also by Marko Lindqvist
<cazfi>: gna patch #2868)
* redo server only functions and move them to the edit module
* add compatibility functions
