hello,
I am having some problems with kdm or kde. I have edited /etc/ttys so that kdm starts when the machine boots. When I log in nothing happens, the login screen is just reloaded. I get the same results when I log in using the default and failsafe profiles. I have edited the following files as per the freeBSD handbok;
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xdm/Xsession.
/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xdm/Xsetup_0
/etc/ttys/
any help would be great.

thanks

Brett
