Answer for this is FreeBSD Handbook :-) (http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/index.html) and sysinstall (/stand/sysinstall). You can use sysinstall to configure XFree86 Server/Desktop and configure network devices as well.
