Hi, After upgrading to Apache 2.0.49 and PHP4.3.5_7, Apache now crashes every time I do a graceful restart or if I send it a kill 1. I first noticed this last night after the upgrade during log rotation when I got this error message: [Thu Apr 01 00:00:20 2004] [notice] seg fault or similar nasty error detected in the parent process My guess is this is a PHP bug or a really bad April fools joke ;-) Anybody else have the same problem ? Hi Nelis, Same problem here, after php 4.3.5 upgrade apache 2.0.49 segfaulted after logrotate script at night :( Couldn't find any solutions on google either: http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=navclient&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=seg+faul t+or+similar+nasty+error+detected+in+the+parent+process Reconfigured php a few times with different extensions until it was working (maybe without curl, but not sure...) http://www.kende.com/php.php Andras Kende http://www.kende.com/ _______________________________________________ [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list http://lists.freebsd.org/mailman/listinfo/freebsd-questions To unsubscribe, send any mail to "[EMAIL PROTECTED]"
