I already have the Promise ATA133 card. It came bundled with an 80 GB ID drive which I bought for one of my other systems; I didn't have a use for it at the time, so I stuck it in my miscellaneous hardware drawer. I generally prefer to only run ONE hard drive per IDE chain. I find that it takes a significant performance hit when you're simultaneously accessing one drive that is master, and another that is slave, on the same controller. -- Donald Burr of Borg <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> | FreeBSD: The Power to Serve!
