Yeah that would be the final nail.. ...and then we have an OS that relies on an sqlite db to be patched up correctly... why not go with BerkeleyDB .. oh wait, nevermind... how about going the whole hog and putting in a registry...that'll work, somewhere to store those pesky DWORDs so you could move rc.conf there as well... oh and the registry of installed ports there as well...
