What are you smoking? :-) No language in this world fits OS development
better than C. IMHO is one of the most beautiful languages ever created.
It's simple, small and efficient. And it requires you to know what you
are doing, but I consider that a feature. C resembles assembler on many
of it's constructs. C++ on the other hand is a solution for a non
existant problem. Sure, you can write good code in C++ (e.g. BeOS), but
it usually leads to bloatware (cough MSFT cough) because programmers get
really excited about all those cool (as in useless) features.
