Set WITH_BMAKE=yes in /etc/src.conf or /etc/make.conf and you're good to go. One caveat: manually rebuild and re-install usr.bin/bmake after the buildworld & installworld with WITH_BMAKE=yes set. The one created as part of the buildworld has a bug due to being built by FreeBSD's make. A fix is known and will be committed soon, but until then, the manual step is needed.
