Sure you can get better results working with 10 people who do know what's going on but if there are possible bugs and you just ignore the 100 people and say "they're idiots who can't post real bug reports and who can't configure their system" you won't get a rock-stable os. Even if 99% of the "bug reports" are configuration errors you can't ignore the 1%. Otherwise you won't get FreeBSD rock-stable. You have to deal with every user and ignoring people is no solution.
