With pkg 2.0 we are now tracking shared library dependencies. It is off by
default for Linux binaries at the moment, because all the linux-* ports would
break if we turn it on. But it will be enabled at some point in the future, so
linux-nvidia-libs would have to depend on linux_base anyways.
