As native version of drivers does not have CUDA support, but Linux version of libraries in x11/linux-nvidia-libs can be used via Linuxulator and at least some users need it (not me, though). You'll find some threads searching on forums.freebsd.org about CUDA on FreeBSD via Linuxulator.
