   something to compile with - which can be downloaded with the source
 all precompile so the do work on all x86 CPU's.
If you're compiling the code (as would be necessary, since 386-compatible code would not be included in any of the regular binaries), then there is no such thing as "pre-compiled" anything.

Morever, the concept of compiling something is mutually exclusive to getting a pre-compiled copy of that same something.
