This just says "ahc0", which doesn't tell us if it's the on-board
AIC-7890 controller, or a Adaptec 2940U2W controller that has been
added. I suspect he wants more details about what ahc0 is.
That said, I've got no problems with 4.0-STABLE (cvsup'ed within
the last two or three days) on a Dell 1300/450 SMP with an on-board
AIC-7890 and two additional Adaptec 2940U2W controllers, at least not
with /stand/sysinstall claiming they don't exist. I've got some
weird SCSI errors under stress that I haven't yet been able to pin
down, but the OS recognizes that the drives are there and I was able
to disklabel them, etc....
