Well, thanks about the information, to recompile/install install
(xinstall) prior installworld.
One additional question... What would be the best time to update
/etc after an update from 3.4-STABLE to 4.0-current ?
- prior or
- after booting freshly compiled updated system ?
Of course I need a 4.0 kernel to boot ...
