An explanation of how PnP works is not necessary, some good books and
papers exist on this topic.

But an explanation of the new device architecture for non-architects
which is a bit more helpful than http://www.freebsd.org/~dfr/devices.html
and how the new-PnP code fits into that would be very helpful and i'm
quite shure that this would enable much more people to actually work
with the code and fix problems rather than just complaining here.
