Notice in the first, the device node is returned for each volume (mfid0 ie.
/dev/mfid0 ) etc.  Since mrsas doesn't have that ioctl implemented it shows id
0 to n.  The ioctl is called for each volume.  Again, if a mapping can be
figured out from volume to CAM node, then the CAM node (ie. da0) could be
returned.
