Server: HP DL 320 G4 series, 2.9G Celeron, 2G RAM, all firmware also
up-to-date on system.
>Description:
Multiple kernel panics have been happening after a recent move from 7.2
to 7.3-p1.

In 3 seperate instances I have 3 different types of vm faults it appears:

nis...@spike:~/public_html/crash> grep -i "^panic" * | uniq
fail-0.txt:panic: vdrop: holdcnt 0
fail-1.txt:panic: page fault
fail-2.txt:panic: vm_page_cache: offset already cached
nis...@spike:~/public_html/crash>

Since the output is large from the kernel debugging, I have put them onto
pastebin, I hope this is ok.

        http://pastebin.com/FxHne9uY fail-1
