Then why didn't he say that! :-) In that case, he must let me know, and I'll setup daily runs of the 'git archive' command which generates a tarball of the latest revision. He can then simply download and unpack the tarball on his side. But that means he has to download all the files every day, whereas 'git pull' which be much more efficient and only get the deltas.
