What do you think those libraries is made from? Pure magic?
Has free pascal such a power for Computer Graphics applications?
What power? CG is all about mathematics. What else power do you need?

You may make anything using FPC, of course, as long as it's a software.
You don't think that FPC is only able to make a "hello world" program,
