Yes, but no complete reinstall is necessary, only the 1.0.10 ppc386.exe.
So next time before you install 1.9.x, save the old (1.0.10) ppc386.exe. For
example rename it to ppc386-release.exe.

i remembered to keep a copy of the zip file for 1.0.10 handy so it
wasn't that big a deal but this tip makes things even easier ... :)
