I can see how that would build the SWCs with that player version, but I
would think there would be more to get the final SWFs to use that player
version.  The swf version in the library.swf in a SWC is never used to
dictate the player APIs at runtime.

For mustella, I think you have to use -addArg=swf-version=XX

For basictests/checkintests, you might have to set it in the -config.xml or
something like that.  It uses the mustella tests steps, but not the mustella
compilation code which is why -addArg won't work for it.
