Falcon test failure

@Cyril: Thanks for adding some unit tests for CSS nodes. One test, 
CSSFunctionCallPropertyValue_static_getSingleArgumentFromRaw(), is failing for 
me. It's expecting "Test" but getting "'Test'".

Does it pass for you?
