Yes, I didn't put any Apache Header yet but I thought to add them at some
point, this work if accepted has the goal to be re-integrated too (but, tell
me if I can't do it), notwithstanding, I prefer to work on Git than svn,
more flexible to me.

While you are of course free to work wherever you want - I think, I'm not
sure if you can use the Apache brand outside of the Apache playground, maybe
someone has some input on that subject - I have to
ask: you are now a committer, why don't you use the project SVN repo instead
of Github?
