Flex 3.6's flex-config.xml lists only http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml

whereas,

Flex 4.6's flex-config.xml lists:
http://ns.adobe.com/mxml/2009,
http://www.adobe.com/2006/mxml,
library://ns.adobe.com/flex/spark and
library://ns.adobe.com/flex/mx

Same with Apache Flex 4.8.

It appears that the Charts and AdvancedDataGrid are still using the 2006
namespace.
