Your key should be added to the KEYS file in the SVN tree - flex/sdk/trunk/KEYS (or should it be flex/utilities/trunk/installer/KEYS?) I think that there should be only one KEYS files. The project will need to decide where that should live. I can confirm that both of the source code releases are signed by you.
