Structure looks good me. Although you may want to still have a top level whiteboard directory with sub directories (falcon, blazeds, sdk etc) rather than one under each project so you one need to look in one spot for whiteboards. I don't have a strong option re this, just a suggestion and either way is fine. Thanks, Justin
