Since http://incubator.apache.org/flex/packager.html is in the release
announcement I think this link should be visible from our front page and
in there we should add the information.

I agree we didn't document it well/at all.  I am concerned because there
is a lot of stuff out there now and lots of it is either not right or way
more complicated then it has to be.

Alex has asked Peter to work on fixing this.  Alex asked me to write
scripts which took an unpackaged Apache Flex binary and an unpackaged
Adobe Flex SDK (usually the one in FlashBuilder but it can be anywhere)
and merged them together.  The bat script is done.  The shell script will
be done this morning.  There are also scripts in the bin kit that will
download all the pieces and put them together although I wouldn't
recommend using the Windows version.
