Perhaps make the Apache Flex | SDK 4.8.0 larger by about 40%.

That would be linked to by the phrase "Notice" - I'd go that way.

Then when it is together I would send an email to tradema...@apache.org with 
screenshots to make sure there are no other issues.

They'll want a chance to review this for branding since it will be a face of 
the project, a convenience artifact.

You should not translate the Disclaimer text.

Note that the publicity referred to in [3] is that done by the project itself, 
the PPMC. As individuals not representing the PPMC or Apache in any way you are 
free to blog or whatever ...
