Can we put up a link with text 'Disclaimer' that links to a page that

'help' section in the badge.  Can we add the text there, perhaps?  Or
should we make the disclaimer more prominent?

I believe our Apache Flex logo design [1]  lends itself to result in such
representations.  Tomasz, would you please weigh in on these items?

What if we have one page that contains the disclaimer, trademark, etc. and
