It possible to compile the Flex 4.6 SDK for any version of the the flash player 
10.3 and up. I've done some very basic testing with versions 10.3, 11.0, 11.1, 
11.2 and 11.3. I was waiting for the full mustella tests to be donated before 
reapply the patches I made in the patches branch of the SDK to the new build 
files.

Yep you could target 10.2 as well. From memory there an issue in SystemManager 
that stops you from compiling with 10.2.

The parity release yes but very shortly after that it would be anything form 
10.3 and up.

It best to match to the player global version you are using.
