Adobe does not have a spark ColorPicker.  We did some investigation since
there are many different ways to select color but we didn't go farther
than that.  I haven't looked at these yet to know what the UI is but I do
know some people want to pick from a limited set of "swatches" and some
people want to pick from the entire color spectrum.
